The room smelled musty, but I loved the spacious layout and spa bath.

Hotel location is OK, comfort stay, acceptable rates, swimming pool was really nice

Staff shall be more supportive, didnt knew about many good location to spend good time in, languge problem

The rooftop pool offered fine views, perfect for relaxation. The gym equipment needs maintenance.

It was my first stay at your hotel and my wife and I did enjoy our stay. My friend and his wife (from Australia) were also with us and stayed at the hotel, and they enjoyed it too. May I suggest that you include a free wireless internet connection in the room to guests. This would not cost you very much, and would certainly enhance your hotel service.

Very close to beach, restuarants and nightlife.

I would like to have an exercise room in addition to the pool

The rooftop pool is a nice spot to unwind after a long day. It gets plenty of sun, and the views aren't half bad. The rooms, particularly the Beautiful Double with Spa Bath, are spacious with a big comfortable bed, perfect for a solo traveler.

The Wi-Fi setup is a pain, requiring constant logins across devices, just frustrating. I've noticed the hotel could use a refresh. The decor is dated, and some rooms have mold and dirty curtains. On top of that, the gym equipment is in pretty rough shape-the cardio machines are mostly out of order. Don't even get me started on the live band at the neighboring restaurant. It's way too loud at night and can carry into your room if you're on the lower floors. Maintenance seems to be slipping a bit here, disappointing for a place that wants to appear mid-range.

Had good and perfect location so close to everything, quite a walk from The Avenue. We greatly enjoyed deluxe king room provided with big bathroom, a jaccuzi plus the king bed. Every member of the staff was extremely friendly.

Knowing the owner, i have stayed there many times and am always happy to stay there

The renovated room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet features a delicious mix of East and West cuisines. Plus, the staff's hospitality.

The swimming pool area could use a bit of improvement.

The hotel is fantastic! Luxurious without being expensive, and conveniently located without being noisy. The perfect hotel for either tourists or lazy holiday. This is the only hotel in Pattaya I have repeated my stay at and will do so again if I travel this way.

When we reached the hotel for check-in, the receptionist told us to wait for 30mins, i wonder why??? The reason was the room not ready yet, why??? By right, we suppose to check-in the hotel around 2-3pm but because of the flight delay so we reach the hotel was around 6pm. But why the room not ready yet??? I think they should improve in this matter to avoid the guest wait for long time. Overall i still happy with the service and the hotel facilities.

dont go there ,next to hotel make a new hotel very noisy all the day . also next to hotel there is an open bar very noisy all the night . if dont like noisy dont go there . also superior room very small and very small balcony . there is not coffee tea maker . and the refrigerator very small full of beers (cannot buy something from out shopping put in refrigerator ). the swimming pool in the top is small too . most deep 2 metres they dont permit jump in swimming pool . no guard for children . the swimming pool is for relax ,small for swimming . i think its a new 3 star hotel is not 4 star hotel . i dont suggest this hotel
